Both insights and Alerts have 3 levels: Information, Warning and Critical. Informational display on the screen as blue and inform operations of something happening in the plant that is not critical to operations. Warnings display in yellow on the Insight/Alert page and indicate something that needs attention. Critical displays in red and generates an email to a specified distribution group, and indicates something that requires immediate attention.
