Absolutely! Users can create the alerts they want using the Alert Builder tool on the Notifications page. Alert Builder provides a structured form with fields for things like setting thresholds, helping to create customized alerts that can help a facility stay on top of any concerns with more nuance than other existing systems.  Alert settings can be configured in the same place (Alert Builder) as well as through the Configure link that appears to the far right of each alert notification that appears from the 'newsfeed' of alerts on the Notifications page.
